Arcadia Station Lofts

Arcadia Station Lofts is a pet-friendly community. We know your animal is like family to you, so dogs will enjoy the ample front lawn space and strolls around the community.  Cats will enjoy the beautiful views and wildlife observation from the windows of your apartment. Pit bulls and Rottweilers or any variation of the breed are prohibited from living at Arcadia Station Lofts.

There is a limit of two pets per unit

Pet Fee & Pet Rent

(one-time fee due upon move-in)

Dog – $500 for the 1st and $100 for each additional 

Cat – $250 for the 1st and $50 for each additional

In an innovative loft community such as ours, keeping both pets and residents happy can be a bit of a challenge. In an attempt to accommodate all parties, the following is our policy on pet issues:

❖  FIRST OFFENSE:  Gentle Warning

❖  SECOND OFFENSE:  Warning

❖  THIRD OFFENSE:  Action to be taken at management’s discretion.

Offenses may be defined but not limited to: continuous bothersome barking and/or whining, charging/pouncing on other residents or their animals, and not picking up after your pet’s business.

As to leashes, please have your pet leashed while inside the common areas of the building and on the grounds on the exterior of the building unless you are within the fence of the dog park. Please make every attempt to take the animals far away (10+ feet) from the walls of the building to do their business.

Should we have an apartment available for reservation, an application deposit is required to hold the apartment in your name. We can hold an apartment for a maximum of 20 days from the date it is vacated. The deposit is $500 with exception to preferred employers which are listed below. Preferred Employer and Applicant deposits are refundable for three business days, which include Saturdays. After this time, should you choose not to live at Arcadia Station Lofts, your deposit will be forfeited. Otherwise, this amount is refundable less a $175 administrative fee upon completion of your Lease Term, proper 60-day written notice, and excellent condition of surrendered apartment. All payments must be in the form of a check or money order.
