    Arcadia Station Lofts is a pet-friendly community. We know your animal is like family to you, so dogs will enjoy the ample front lawn space and strolls around the community.  Cats will enjoy the beautiful views and wildlife observation from the windows of your apartment. 



    • All animals must be registered through PetScreening prior to move in
    • $500 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet
    • $25 monthly pet rent per pet
    • 2 animals max per unit
    • All dog must provide DNA sample for PooPrints

    * Pit bulls and Rottweilers, or any variation of the breed, are prohibited from living at Arcadia Station Lofts *


  • LEASE TERMS

    • We offer 6, 9, and 12 month leases
    • 6-month leases will incure an additional $100 charge each month 
    • 9-month leases will incure an additional $75 charge each month
